Character Creator provides users with AI-powered character generation services, including photo to character conversion in various styles such as anime, cartoon, fantasy, Disney, South Park, and more. Our platform offers both free trial and paid tiers (Credits and Pro subscription) to meet different quality and usage needs. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Content and Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through Character Creator, including but not limited to AI models, conversion algorithms, software, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. Generated character images are provided for your personal use.

Payment and Billing Information: Data necessary to process credit purchases and payments
Image Data: Images and photos uploaded for conversion (automatically deleted after processing)

Pricing and Payments
- Free trial: 3 generations without sign in, 5 more after registration (total 8 free generations)
- Credits package: $2.99 for 30 generations, one-time purchase with no expiry
- Pro subscription: $9.99/month for 100 generations per month with no watermark and priority queue
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
Credit prices are subject to change with notice to users
You agree to pay all charges associated with your credit purchases
Unused credits do not expire but are tied to your account
User Content Guidelines
You agree to:
- Only upload photos you have the right to use
- Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Not use the service to create content that violates others' rights
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.
